Resolved Question: I'm a new blogger, and I'd like to improve my blog.?

I know it's been asked before, but this is really a question that has to be asked individually (at least, I think so). I've been working on my blog layout, content, and widgets for a while now, and I want to make it perfect (or as close to perfect) as possible. So, I need advice on how to do this.
